Uneccessary recommendations Is it possible to give them zero stars? Brought the car in for an annual inspection and 25K mi service. They recommended rotating my tires, so I opted in. And they said it wouldn't have passed inspection without new wiper blades and changed all my filters. They also said I needed new front brakes and rotors because it was basically metal on metal, even though the car drove perfectly and none of the dashboard indicators came on, and that I'd need new tires soon. I took the car to a place nearby where I get my other non-Toyota car serviced all the time, especially since they specialize in tires, brakes, etc. They looked at everything and said everything was perfectly fine... SEE YA, Toyota service. Thanks for throwing my loyalty and trust out the window. Never coming back, and I'm pissed because I probably didn't "need" everything else they said I did. I look forward to trashing your crappy business and bottom line priorities on every website I can log on to. More
