Service 1 year Can't remember the name of the young lady who took care of the paperwork but she was the best ever. Full of smiles and super friendly. She said oil change, tire rotation and ny state inspection would be an hour. I was out in 35 to 40 minutes tops. Seemless experience. Liaised with the higher ups until they were willing to sign off on my terms. I I wasn't particularly flexible with my budget but Collin did everything necessary to get the deal done on that same day and I walked off with a brand new Rav 4 for an unbelievable deal. A very good experience When I took my '05 Scion Tc in for an oil change, the techs noted that the brakes were shot. Amanda DiLauro suggested after-factory parts to save me When I took my '05 Scion Tc in for an oil change, the techs noted that the brakes were shot. Amanda DiLauro suggested after-factory parts to save me money. She ordered the parts, told me it would be a 2 hour job, but was calling me to pick up the finished car in less than that.
