Luis was my original salesman of my 1st and 2nd vehicle and has worked with me on all my Toyota Priuses including this current one. 5 star performance. This is my first purchase with Ralston. Friendly and informative on anything Prius. Also 5 star performance. I dunno if I can ever be truly happy with pricing... Soooo while I would to state that I would give it 4.5 stars if I could only because if anything costs money, it can't be perfect. Still, it was all flexible and all good.
