He listened to my concerns and was patient with my less than average understanding of technology. He simply and clearly demonstrated all the workings of the car with joy!!! My day started poorly and ended great because of Ralston !! He cares about his customers and his brand!! Luis was my original salesman of my 1st and 2nd vehicle and has worked with me on all my Toyota Priuses including this current one. 5 star performance. This is my first purchase with Ralston. Friendly and informative on anything Prius. Also 5 star performance. I dunno if I can ever be truly happy with pricing... Soooo while I would to state that I would give it 4.5 stars if I could only because if anything costs money, it can't be perfect. Still, it was all flexible and all good.
