I give you a five because of Juan my sales person. On the positive side. The best part about this transaction was dealing with the sale person Juan. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. He answered all my question and everything that he promise was on the money. I give Juan 5 star. He was truly professional and went out of his way to answer all my questions. On the downside your finance department is something else. I originally had made an appointment with Juan to pick up my car on Saturday, but unfortunately, something came up that I was not able to pick it up on the date of the appointment, so I decided to pick it up on Friday which I though would be no problem. I did not called or informed Juan that I was coming Friday (this was Juan day off) so I just showed up thinking that it would be ok since I had already been told that the car was ready. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was directed to a young Hispanic lady( unfortunately I did not get her name) she was not rude, but I felt as if I was intruding, because my appointment was for the following day, in any event she was helpful. The lady directed me to a finance manager name Steven. This gentleman was neither friendly or un-friendly. He did answer all my questions, but I felt like it was a bother. He did not explained anything to me other then the question I asked him. He asked for my credit card before giving me the contract. I had to ask him if I can read the contract which he proceeded to print, at no point in time did he have a friendly smile or did he said "Thank you for doing business with us" or a simple"We greatly appreciate you coming to us. If there is anything we can do for you please let us know" . Maybe is just me, but remember you are not doing me a favor by selling me a car, I am the one doing you a favor by buying a car from you. The competition is extreme out there. I must mention that this is not the first car that I lease or buy. This is my 18th vehicle thru out my life time that I have purchase or lease. All said and done, I informed Mr. Steven that I would be returning at around 5pm with the plates that I was transferring to the new car. When I came back with the plates, Mr. Steven asked one of the salesperson to install the plates which this gentleman proceeded to do. I guest because I did not asked for instructions on how to operate the equipment of the car, and because it looked like I was in a hurry, this sale person did not explained anything to me which is my fault and it is fine. The only problem was, as I was leaving I could not figure out the Navigation so I went back inside and asked Mr. Steven for help. He proceeded to say "This is why we make appointment with your sale person because all the other sale people are busy with other customer" Upon looking around I only saw one or two customer. Mr. Steven did instruct a salesperson (which I unfortunately did not get his name I know he was Hispanic maybe it was Jesus?)to help me. This gentleman was very helpful guided me thru the whole process etc. I am not angry or discourage I am happy with the car (4Runner), and my wife likes it too. More

Previous Bankruptcy - Got Approved Yes,I got approved, for a large monthly clip. Got a used car that was not checked or fixed before purchase. Was told to bring it back the next day whi Yes,I got approved, for a large monthly clip. Got a used car that was not checked or fixed before purchase. Was told to bring it back the next day which I did and they fixed my brakes they were a mess and any other noise connected to it, example rusted rotors. Sent me home again found nail in tire but they claimed they checked the tires but no because i have pix where the tire was low. They then replaced it with a new tire because it had 2 nails in it. The day of purchase I stayed there for 4 hours then was rushed through the critical process of massive paperwork, I truly suggest this meet with the Finance Dept not be rushed again I felt so uncomfortable thought I was going to vomit. Christina Southard was a very professional woman, strictly business, cut and dry. For me it was hard core fast. When I got home and went over some of the external warranties I found that it was not as good as it should have been. I canceled part of them the next day, also on the day of purchase i was given two keys driver one was broken I was instructed to use second key so not to be stuck with a broken one. I was also told I would have to pay for the key if I wanted a new one. Long story short it did break and I did not buy a new one. They did give me last minute excellent service at the Service Dept. and a rental was given to me with no charge. I know dealing with dealers can be a hassle but don't get me wrong this purchase will help me in the long run so that next time I can get exactly what I want not what I am given... I would go back to them but considering they discontinued the Venza I doubt it would be an option unless they have a Lexus on the lot I might be interested in. More
