When the car we wanted wasn't in stock, he got us the car we wanted and it was ready days earlier than we expected. In addition, Ralston was honest, professional, and friendly. He made whole experience very pleasant and we know we can trust him to take care of us. We found everyone who works at Westbury Toyota to be very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Westbury Toyota and particularly Ralston Dunn to anyone looking for a car. In fact, this is the third car we have gotten from them and we see no reason to go anywhere else. He always makes me feel like he's listening to my concerns and explains whatever needs to be done to my car in terms I can understand. He should get a bonus in his next paycheck!! He is solid citizen, a great father to his two children and (I'd bet)a loving partner for his wife, too! While I wait for my car to be finished, I can always take care of other business in the "quiet room" in the service center. Even the coffee and bagels and snacks are great! 5,000 mile service on my 2016 Sienna I arrived at the dealership at 11:00 for my appointment. I was greeted by a tech, than went to service rep. Jamie N. Who was very cheerful and told I arrived at the dealership at 11:00 for my appointment. I was greeted by a tech, than went to service rep. Jamie N. Who was very cheerful and told me exactly what would be done. I went into the waiting room, has coffee and a bagel, read my paper and completed the crossword, jumble and cryptoquote. My car was ready by 11:50 and I left, after Jamie explained what had been done. Great experience. Will return again. More
