After we reached agreement on price, Bruce was helpful in working with my insurance company to transfer policy and DMV to register new Toyota making the overall delivery process smooth. When I picked up the vehicle, he sat with me for over an hour to again walk through the features. We visited Westbury Toyota where we met Mr Ralston Dunn. On a scale of 1-10, using 10 as the ideal score I would give Mr. Dunn a score of 11, he was quiet the gentle- man in all aspect of my purchase. He was recommended by a friend, the description I was given prove to be right. He was very patient and professional in a straight forward way he handled the transaction from start to finish. My purchase was not in stock,( because of the interior color) he search high and low to locate, he communicated with every step of the way. The day of delivery, Mr. Dunn very patiently went over the features of the car. I would recommend this dealership and Mr. Dunn to everyone as a result of my experience. Terrific Experience After shopping and several tri-state Toyota dealerships (and getting the run around and misinformation from them), I called and spoke with Steve Silve After shopping and several tri-state Toyota dealerships (and getting the run around and misinformation from them), I called and spoke with Steve Silverstein (manager) in Westbury who was a perfect gentleman, provided the information I needed (in a straight-forward way) and closed the transaction in short order (with no tricks or schemes or needing to consult with 10 other people). I was in a rush to buy and get the car, and he couldn't have been more helpful and sensitive to my timing. He put me in touch with Bruce Levine who was also TERRIFIC; to make sure I could pick up my car quickly, Bruce remained in contact with me, emailing information needed for insurance etc. until the wee hours. Upon pick up of the car, Bruce dealt smoothly with all obstacles and gave an excellent tutorial on the car. The dealership was the cleanest and nicest I've been to -- and they had a play area with lots of toys for my kids, which also helped us feel comfortable and welcome (and enabled us to focus on the transaction rather than the kids!) Our experience with Westbury was great on its own - but it also so far surpassed every other interaction with alternative and competitive dealerships. Just when I was going to give up on Toyota and go with a different manufacturer entirely, Steve and Bruce came through. I LOVE my new car, and can thank them for my owning it. More

Ramon knows Bluetooth! I was having trouble listening to audible.com on the radio because old telephone messages were talking over it. Very annoying.
