Bernie is one of the most outstanding sales people I have ever met. He was kind and patient and was able to get me into the lease at a great rate and trade in of my old car. NEVER GOING BACK I took my 2008 Highlander for an oil change July 6. I was thinking about a new car but kept my car. On July 17 my engine died. Horrible service and dishonest sales people I have purchased a car less then an years ago from Westbury Toyota . Since I got a car I am been having trouble , my sales rep is duan , he told me y I have purchased a car less then an years ago from Westbury Toyota . Since I got a car I am been having trouble , my sales rep is duan , he told me you can come back after a year when your credit go up and w will put you in brand new car and lower your monthly payment , I did this and when I came back his manger said they won't be able to help me , every time I go to the service department I got charge and they say the car will break down , the car not even 1 years old. The people there are very unhelpful and dishonest , lie to their customer . I will never do business with them again or recommend anyone to do business with this liars and I habe been making my payments on time since I get the car . I won't trust them again . I been to the service department in March at least 4 times because of the squeaking noise I hear when I start the car and every time I go there . They said nothing wrong with the car till the last time I been there and they told me that they need to change the belt and they will need to charge me . Then after I left with the car . I heard the same exact noise again . I spoke to the sales manger there to trade in this car and he said if I won't pay more for new car there is nothing he can do for me just because they aren't getting enough commission if they try to help , he just didn't want to do it , they don't care about customer satisfaction . They only care about how much money they can make from you , They will only help you if they are getting benefits from their customers . a friend of mine purchased a car from them years ago and they lied about the monthly payment and said that 1 of their sales people yelled at him and said that was mistake and he will need to pay till he fixes but he never fix it , be very careful when you deal with these thieves, I spoke to another sales manger by the name of Steve when I told him about what Duan told me last year . He said he isn't responsible for what he said , what a horrible customer service and I also spoke to another person by the name of Scot on the phone , he was very rude and was yelling and said there is nothing he can do , NEVER dealing with these liars again More

Awful experience picking up my car I really liked Bruce Levine when I met him, enough to go back 3 months later and ask to work with him again. What a huge mistake that wound up being. I really liked Bruce Levine when I met him, enough to go back 3 months later and ask to work with him again. What a huge mistake that wound up being. I bought a used highlander with very low mileage. When I went to pay the invoice price was incorrect. I had the final price in writing. Bruce wouldn't acknowledge that he had agreed to the price. He would not acknowledge that he had confirmed the wrong price. He yelled at my insurance agent, called her incompetent and hung up on her. He told me he was "working from home and didn't look at the price before he had confirmed it" I said I had confirmed it with the finance department as well. Turns out the person I had spoken to, Mohammed isn't even in the finance department, he lied about it...on the phone...twice. He yelled at me when I wouldn't pay more than I had agreed to, and stomped out of the office yelling "the deal is off, I won't sell them a car". when the manager Scott came in, he didn't apologize. He explained that Bruce was frustrated and they had already come down so much on the car, he didn't want to come down more. I didn't want them to come down more, i just wanted them to honor the price they gave me. We discussed it, decided the car was too perfect, and we would buy it. Scott never came back into the room. Liz the finance person showed us the car. It was an awful experience. I will never go back, ever. More
