Very disappointed as a returned customer. I communicated with Paulette via emails and made an appointment to go. I was a returning customer and expected past good experiences to remain the same. Jesse Jennings and Paulette welcomed me and had a great test drive with Jesse. I loved the car and was ready to sign the paperwork. Even though I was provided with an unrealistic monthly payment, I never got irritated and thought that's how it's supposed to work. Provided my counter-offer and Jesse couldn't make a decision. I knew it's a two-way road, either they agree or dis, same goes to me. However, Jesse brought Everett Ulmer and he didn't even bother getting to the same page on how we got there. Pulled his phone out giving me a math class and accusing the Truecar or Edmund (or anything alike) is useless. Not long, he started yelling at me and intimidating. He's got all puffed up. No need, I am a big guy and I could have confronted him like the way he acted but I thought I was there to do business not a UFC pre-game conference. I wanted to know what they could offer for financing and leasing, I brought my trade-in car title with me and I was not there to mess with anybody. Very disappointed and probably will never return if Everett guy is working over there. Good luck to everybody else who reads this post and go with Paulette and Jesse but make sure to find another manager along the process. Just a follow up, I went to another Toyota dealer and signed my car out the exact same day. More

Sold me a car that was into an accident I cannot believe I bought my car here. I bought a prius from this place and they told me that it has never been into an accident and it was certified. A year later, I found an auto check (same as carfax) that stated that it had a police report and and it was in a front collision!!!!!!!!!!! I tried telling the manager about it and this guy says "I don't know what autocheck is and we don't do those". We got into an argument and this other rude employee starts yelling saying "CALM DOWN MAN JUST CALM THE xxxx DOWN". I called toyota customer service about this problem of the car and they tried helping and called the customer relations person in westbury toyota. I talk to her and she stated that she will call me back about this but never called me back. I had to leave her 3 messages and complain to toyota customer service for her to call me back. It was ridiculous. So when she called back, she said they can do nothing about this for me. That they basically did not care. She handed the phone to Scott and he literally said "do what ever the xxxx you want because we are not doing anything about it" and HE HUNG UP ON ME BEFORE I COULD EVEN SAY ANYTHING. HOW CAN YOU HANG UP ON A CUSTOMER THAT YOU HAVE BETRAYED. basically saying go ahead and call your lawyers. I cannot believe this dealership and their lies. It's ridiculous. I paid top dollar for a certified used vehicle that has been into an accident. Car fax didn't show it but auto check did. They are liars and they won't help me at all. They tried to say we will give you a little extra on trading it back in and buying another car but this car was not worth anywhere near for what I paid for it. I would have never bought this car if I knew it was in a FRONT COLLISION. they really upset me. I hope no other customer goes through this. I can't believe they are a dealership. I hope they get known for what a disrespectful and wrong place this is. I will try and stop anyone that even thinks about going to this place. More
