Toyota Vehiecle Exchange Program is awesome!! While I was in Toyota Service Center waiting for my car's service, I saw the sign about "Limit time exchange program". Since my car still not ready, While I was in Toyota Service Center waiting for my car's service, I saw the sign about "Limit time exchange program". Since my car still not ready, I decide to go to their showroom to find out what is this exchange program. Bruce Levine walked to me with a very nice attitude and willing to help me to figure out if it is worth for me to exchange my car to 2014. Bruce and his manager Mauricio Mosquera both are very helpful. They gave me the best deal I ever get compare with all my past car shopping experiences. Bruce is a really nice sales consultant I ever met. He took care all paper works, he even calling my car insurance company to get insurance replaced. Another most important thing is Bruce kept all his promises to us. He make sure our new car is clean, full tank oil and review all new features with us before we left Westbury Toyota. John Edwards finance manager who is making my car loan, gap insurance and all other paper works quick and smooth. Compare with my last year car shopping experience at Westbury Toyota, this time I feel much comfortable and happy. More

Terribly Disappointing Once They Have Your Money I visited this dealership because of a vehicle posted on CarGuru that they no longer had. Steve Silverstein talked me into a 36-month lease, and I rod I visited this dealership because of a vehicle posted on CarGuru that they no longer had. Steve Silverstein talked me into a 36-month lease, and I rode away with a package that includes tire and wheel service, believing that everything, including transferring the plates on my vehicle had been taken care of. My registration seemed to be taking a long time to arrive, and after the temporary tag had expired, I walked out to my car on a Monday to find I'd received two tickets over the weekend. I phoned the dealership to find out what was going on and learned that there was an issue on my end with the registration. I took care of it that day, but didn't receive my tags for another week. I racked up $390.00 in tickets. I was never notified that there was any hold-up. Not a phone call or email. I received repeated requests for feedback and reviews on this and other sites, and I initially gave the dealership and Steve a glowing review. I believe Steve did what he could, but his boss actually yelled at me on the phone and said that I was calling his "people" liars because they did not call me. They didn't. I'm not lying. He then said I was blaming my problems on them. Nope. Not at all. I blame them for not letting me know that they weren't able to transfer my plates. Mark told me he would check Steve's phone records to confirm that he had not called me--I'm sorry, but would he like to see my phone?--and then never called back. I also purchased a tire and wheel package from this dealership. I called to see if I could receive the service at other Toyota dealerships and was told that I could. This is also not true. It was sold as an in-house package, which the service department didn't seem to know. Additionally, when I asked if my vehicle was part of a recall earlier this year, they asked if I received anything in the mail. I did not. I asked if they could check by VIN number. They said they would see. I called Toyota directly. My vehicle is part of a recall. Obviously, this is not a place that cares to go out of its way for its customers, or even to do what's right. I took two friends who live near that dealership and want to purchase Prius' to test drive mine, and then told them to buy one anywhere but there. I am not looking forward to the next 32 months of dealing with them, and once my lease is up, they'll never get my money or recommendation again. More
