Toyota Vehiecle Exchange Program is awesome!! While I was in Toyota Service Center waiting for my car's service, I saw the sign about "Limit time exchange program". Since my car still not ready, While I was in Toyota Service Center waiting for my car's service, I saw the sign about "Limit time exchange program". Since my car still not ready, I decide to go to their showroom to find out what is this exchange program. Bruce Levine walked to me with a very nice attitude and willing to help me to figure out if it is worth for me to exchange my car to 2014. Bruce and his manager Mauricio Mosquera both are very helpful. They gave me the best deal I ever get compare with all my past car shopping experiences. Bruce is a really nice sales consultant I ever met. He took care all paper works, he even calling my car insurance company to get insurance replaced. Another most important thing is Bruce kept all his promises to us. He make sure our new car is clean, full tank oil and review all new features with us before we left Westbury Toyota.
