Terribly Disappointing Once They Have Your Money I visited this dealership because of a vehicle posted on CarGuru that they no longer had. Steve Silverstein talked me into a 36-month lease, and I rod I visited this dealership because of a vehicle posted on CarGuru that they no longer had. Steve Silverstein talked me into a 36-month lease, and I rode away with a package that includes tire and wheel service, believing that everything, including transferring the plates on my vehicle had been taken care of. My registration seemed to be taking a long time to arrive, and after the temporary tag had expired, I walked out to my car on a Monday to find I'd received two tickets over the weekend. I phoned the dealership to find out what was going on and learned that there was an issue on my end with the registration. I took care of it that day, but didn't receive my tags for another week. I racked up $390.00 in tickets. I was never notified that there was any hold-up. Not a phone call or email. I received repeated requests for feedback and reviews on this and other sites, and I initially gave the dealership and Steve a glowing review. I believe Steve did what he could, but his boss actually yelled at me on the phone and said that I was calling his "people" liars because they did not call me. They didn't. I'm not lying. He then said I was blaming my problems on them. Nope. Not at all. I blame them for not letting me know that they weren't able to transfer my plates. Mark told me he would check Steve's phone records to confirm that he had not called me--I'm sorry, but would he like to see my phone?--and then never called back. I also purchased a tire and wheel package from this dealership. I called to see if I could receive the service at other Toyota dealerships and was told that I could. This is also not true. It was sold as an in-house package, which the service department didn't seem to know. Additionally, when I asked if my vehicle was part of a recall earlier this year, they asked if I received anything in the mail. I did not. I asked if they could check by VIN number. They said they would see. I called Toyota directly. My vehicle is part of a recall. Obviously, this is not a place that cares to go out of its way for its customers, or even to do what's right. I took two friends who live near that dealership and want to purchase Prius' to test drive mine, and then told them to buy one anywhere but there. I am not looking forward to the next 32 months of dealing with them, and once my lease is up, they'll never get my money or recommendation again. More

I bought my first Toyota Corolla in 1984 when at the time it was called "Old County Toyota" in Hicksville. Keep up the great work Steve and you will continue to WOW your customers with car sales~! car recall 5 times in 6 years was called at home and told that water pump was leaking which was only 21 miles after after it inspected a few days before. told it was 545 dollars p was called at home and told that water pump was leaking which was only 21 miles after after it inspected a few days before. told it was 545 dollars plus tax told them to let it leak took to my service station and they found nothing went on trip next day and stopped at service station i used in area also found nothing car had 31000 miles on it what kind of car would have a leak in the water pump at 31k , oops it didn't will never use them had 4 toyotas had 4 mitsubishi, and if i thought they would survive in the united states market would buy another one but dont think so had 5 nissans will buy another vehicle on september 4th of this year more likely a nissan rogue/juke or murano, have not yet decided customer service department was no help even though they contacted me recently and asked what they can do to earn my trust again after telling them they did nothing. you asked for it you got it toyota has a whole new meaning. bad workmanship i went into service dept told them i heard a noise in the front right engine/wheel minutes later diagnostic was the noise was due to idler's at back o i went into service dept told them i heard a noise in the front right engine/wheel minutes later diagnostic was the noise was due to idler's at back of timing belt ,ok how much it cost$ 1700 did you check everything ,yes we do a mutiple point check including tire pressure belts etc .is the car ok to drive ? because i dont have the money to do this right now ,yes says the service rep, but not sure for how long .any way there is a recall on gear solenoid we will change that and then you will be on your way .when all was done my wife pick up the car (toyota sienna 2004) and drove off ,14 miles down the road the car broke down,two studs broke off from front right wheel i immidiately call service dept they said bring it back i call a tow truck got back to toyota now they are telling me they did not have to take the wheel off forgetting the fact that they did a diagnostic and charge$ 130 and that the car was ok to drive putting my wife's life at risk she could have died because of their poor negligience or incompitence making the wrong diagnostic and not checking the wheel or not putting the wheel back on correctly. More

Raymond Genadry was excellent with helping me throughout the whole process. Always checked in on me while he was getting the necessary information to my insurance agent and the paper work for the finance part. I would recommend going to talk to him if you are interested in a Vehicle. The same goes to Julio Escobar. He helped me with all the financial parts. Explained everything very well to me and made the process very easy! They all helped me get the best deal and have above and beyond with there hospitality and service! Overall I am one very happy customer and plan on getting the service done there as well! If you are looking for a place to shop for a car or even service and not get pushed around or even feel pressured then don't hesitate to got to Westbury Toyota and deal with the friendly staff! More

I broke down the day before on April 11, 2014 with my 2002 Nissan Sentra. I said I refused to put anymore money into this vehicle. I decided I was going to buy a nice used car. I decided on Westbury Toyota because of its reputation. I knew several people that bought vehicles and had good experiences with Westbury Toyota. After Steven showed me a couple of used cars, He advised me with good credit he could put me in a new car with 0%down and 0% interest for 6 yrs. He lefy my wife and I alone to think about it. He put no pressure what so ever on us about making this decision. I asked Steve to do the numbers to see what the payments would look like. When I saw the numbers, I felt The payments were a little high for me. I told him what monthly number was good for me to handle. He went into an office and spoke with someone behind a desk and came back with the amount I could handle. I told Steve it a deal. I had just retired Dec.31,2014 from the NYC Housing Authority with 40 years. I think I deserved to finally buy my first ever new car. I still own a 1997 Camry LE V6 with almost 200,000 miles that my daughter drives. I felt like a kid in a candy store until I was brought in to meet John Edwards. He was the Finance Manager for Westbury Toyota. I thought I had a great deal until Mr.Edwards added a few incentives to the deal that would not cost me a dime. He gave me a year worth of car washes, upgraded my alarm, gave me body side moldings for the doors and a personal assistant to call when I have any kind of question about anything for one full year 24 hrs. a day and 7 days a week. I told my next door neighbor Westbury Toyota and he ended up buying a brand new Highlander. I knew this dealership treated its customers like family and putting no pressure on anyone to buy from them. This is why I came to Westbury Toyota. They made it so easy and I drove out in my Camry in about 21/2 Hours. What an experience. More
