I have been leasing vehicles for 2 decades and can say that my experience with Westbury Toyota was the best. The words that come to mind are Knowledgeable, Honest, Plain-speaking, and Accommodating when describing the people I interacted with during this recent sale. All this and their price was the best hands down. Eric was my first contact with the dealership. His willingness to get me information and his honest approach to it was refreshing. Sean's willingness and knowledge when walking me through the complex features of the auto (Avalon) was extremely helpful and provided me the confidence that the vehicle was the right choice for me and my family. Steve was the final person in the delivery process. I appreciated that their was no "hard sell", which most dealerships utilize to get more out of you as a customer. He provided information needed for me to make decisions and he accepted "no" from me without placing undue pressure on me. Advocating is much different that badgering. He advocated professionally and informatively. I highly recommend them and intend to go back for other vehicles. More

This was my second purchase at Westbury-Toyota Scion and I wasn't disappointed at all either time! My first purchases was a one-year old Toyota Yaris. Great car. Great deal! This time I decided to treat myself to a new 2014 Scion IQ. Bruce Levine greeted me in the parking lot and guided me what seemed effortlessly through the entire process. First, we got my trade-in out of the way. Easy! Then we worked on putting together exactly the Scion I wanted with all the buzzes and whistles (not much needed....the Scion IQ comes practically loaded). Bruce couldn't possibly done more for me before, during and after the sale! You know that way some car salesman don't even remember your name a day after a sale if you come in to ask a question? Not Bruce! He gave me his cell number and texted me several times to answer my questions and make certain I was 100% pleased with the car (which I am). Bruce worked with a number of other people including the General Manager and did his best to secure a great deal and an excellent buying experience. The entire team a WTS works like a well-oiled machine whose sole purpose is to make their customers happy and knowing they will want to return sometime in the future for their next buying experience. Christine , the service representative was extremely helpful setting up appointments, working around my son's busy schedule, getting answers on some technical concerns / questions. In general she made us feel like we've been doing business for years !! Christine put us in contact with "Dominick" the service technician who was very knowledgeable and helpful. In fact, he made it a point to ask for him and he would ensure he did the work on the car himself !! What a great team ! More
