We have bought three Toyotas in the last six months from this dealership. They had been professional and courteous. They had good follow-up and customer service on our 1st 2 purchases. My wife and I had returned to Westbury Toyota due to the positive experience with Jorge in 2009. We decided to take advantage of the offer to trade in our 2009 Prius for a 2011 Prius. Upon entering the dealership, we were told he was no longer there. However, Ralston attended to us. I have to say, the experience we had with Ralston was just as positive we had with Jorge. He listened to our needs and did the best he could with what he had. Ralston was patient with us on our decision process and did not rush us. It just shows that the purchasing and customer service experience is consistent at Westbury. Everything was perfect except for the price. We went in without research materials on the 2011 Prius. We didn't realize that Toyota had slightly downgraded their trim levels between the second and third generation of the Prius. I would say that was our fault. We were lucky enough that money is not an issue, but we wanted to make sure we got the best value. I think we could have received more for the trade in value for the 2009 Prius. Bargaining to lower the 2011 Prius was tough. This recent purchase is our third Toyota vehicle in 5 years. If the customer service keeps at this establishment, we'll be sure to be back to purchase and replace our 2006 RAV4. More

My experience with them was simple, and easy as they met my questions with patience and clear and concise explanations. They helped me honor the agreements and/or offers I had received from Toyota and from their own dealership with their best abilities. I have had a pretty decent experience trading in my Prius's for the upgraded/newer models. Westbury Toyota's service department also offers excellent and timely services. Service scheduling was always curteous. Appointments are made when there was the least possibility of delays. All in all, I never had any delays with their service department which was located right behind their dealership. More
