The lounge is comfortable although I prefer to use the time to shop at Century 21 around the corner! I received a call that my car was ready within the time period specified. The Toyota dealership that is closer to me in Brooklyn has horrible service, and very much dislike going there. When I found Westbury Toyota, it was like a breath of fresh air. I got my car back when promised, I wasn't misled or talked down to. Every time I have gone here for help with my vehicle, I have never left angry. My car was fixed right the first time. All employees are professional, and everyone really seems to like their jobs. There is no gigantic cloud of stress over them. Thank you, and I will be back. More
