Out the door price for VIN with defined specs agreed, deposit paid and multiple levels of v and “managers”. Waited 5 weeks for new vehicle to arrive. YET the day of sale, a “manager” interjects himself into process, jacks up the sale price, while the sales rep remains mute and shrugs shoulders.
