Mr. Ricardo Oceguera was professional and pleasant to work with. We are extremely happy with his services. However, we were very unhappy once the deal was made and we went to pick up our new car. We had work with. We are extremely happy with his services. However, we were very unhappy once the deal was made and we went to pick up our new car. We had to wait almost 3 hours in the empty waiting room, including after hours, for the final signature and delivery of our new car. Apparently, they did not care about our many years of loyalty to the brand, and our prompt cash payment for the vehicle. More
