I went to Westchester Toyota on a whim one evening simply to inquire about getting out of my lease early and upgrading to a new Camry. I was greeted promptly by a salesman named Damion who was very friendly to inquire about getting out of my lease early and upgrading to a new Camry. I was greeted promptly by a salesman named Damion who was very friendly and helpful, and by the time I left the dealership I was committed to leasing a brand new fully loaded 2010 Camry SE V-6 sedan. Damion worked very hard to get me out of my old lease, get me all the special features I wanted in the car (touch screen navigation, leather seats, etc...) and get me a VERY good deal on my monthly payments and down payment. He and his manager, Anson did a great job of working with me and negotiating a very fair price that worked for both of us and stayed within my projected budget. They then tracked down the exact color and model I wanted within a few short days and had it at the dealership and ready for pickup right away. Throughout the whole process Damion did a superb job of staying in touch with me via phone and text message to keep me updated on the search for the car and when it would be ready and what I needed to do in preparation for returning my old Toyota and picking up my new one. The car was delivered on time and Damion got it all cleaned up and unwrapped for me while I signed the final paperwork and finished payment information with the finance office. He even pre-set all my radio stations, synched my bluetooth cell phone up and transfered all my contact numbers into the car for me and gave me quick but thourough tutorials on how to use all the different technologies in the car. Damion and Anson, but especially Damion, were very helpful, very friendly, showed a great concern for me (the customer) and worked very very hard to get me the exact car I wanted, get it to me in a timely fashion, and make me a very very happy customer who has and will continue to recommend them and the Westchester Toyota dealership to my friends, family, co-workers and aquantances. It was truly a job well done by everyone there. More

As for most dealers as soon as you drive off the lot the car is your problem, but I could call Damion till this day if I ever have a problem with any of the cars. The prices were a little of my budget so I chose to think about it a little more, but if I do choose to go ahead and purchase a vehicle I would definitely come back here. Going to this dealership was a great experience. At first, I did not have any intention to purchase a car and was only going there to see what was available. My car salesman, Sean Berry, was also great in explaining the finance options; I in no way felt pressured to buy a vehicle that day, but because I felt that I received helpful information from a knowledgeable salesperson, I decided to purchase my first car from Westchester Toyota. I LOVE my car! It is everything I've ever wanted and more; I could not be happier with the decision I made. I went to this dealership with my dad, looking for a 2004-2005 Toyota Camry that he wanted. When we spotted a car we were interested in, we noticed it didnt have a price on it, even though all the other 2004-2005 Toyota Camry that he wanted. She told us we would have to wait 45 minutes to speak to a sales associate(Yes. THAT long to take our $10,000, I KNOW) . We put our names on the list, and went to another dealership instead of waiting there. When we came back, we were greeted by a man named "Sam", who would be our salesman. We showed him the car we were interested in and he offered to get the keys for a test drive. When he came back out, he said the car had been sold, and no one had put the sign up on it. He then went on to say it was $12900 for the car. I told him Kelly Blue Book value is $10,775, and he said, in a VERY nasty tone, "Kelly Blue Book is a wholesale estimate, we sell cars at retail DEAR". That was so frustrating for us. He must have thought we were idiots to give us that line. He came across as such a scumball, as he was rambling on about how he could show us something else, something NEWER, it was something out of a comedy sketch.I think he was rushing us along because there was a couple after us that he thought was going to buy a new car. As we were about to leave, he makes a comment about my family's appearance, which i will not share because I am still fuming over it. THE WORST costumer service I have ever dealt with. And to put the icing on the cake, as we are leaving we spot a couple test driving the very car we wanted to buy! I called the dealership the next day and was told that the car was available, I told "monique" (the person helping me on the phone, if you can call it help) what happened and she said she would have to contact the inventory manager to make 100% sure it was truly available. I called EVERY DAY, 3 times a day, for the past 3 days, and have yet to hear from this manager. Finally some girl just answered the phone this morning and said it was available, at least on her computer, so I took that at face value, without verification from management and gave up. I asked her the price on their computer and she said "$10,775"!!!! I knew then that I was not going to put up with such poor costumer service. I'm so frustrated with this dealership, and WILL NOT BE BUYING NOT EVEN A FLOOR MAT FROM THEM. I got better service at the fordham dealership, and that place is in a bad bad BAD side of town. Unprofessional mess they were at Westchester. And to think I am going to purchase a car for myself soon and they missed out on TWO sales. GOOD RIDDANCE. More
