I was skillfully convinced to spend almost $700 on 30K service for my 2006 toyota prius. When I told Jose he was telling me that I needed much more than the manual recommends, he convinced me that it nee service for my 2006 toyota prius. After much remorse and investigation, I have determined that I was indeed ripped off! NEVER go to this dealer, but if you must - take your manual and do not listen to their sales job. Know they are an organization that does not encourage building their business with honesty and integrity, rather with the quick sale. More

I really had a great experience with Westchester Toyota and Pedro in particular. Great service, not pushy at all, and very efficient. I was refered to this dealer by a friend of mine. I was told to ask for Anson the general sales manager because he suppose to give me a great deal. My first time at Westchester Toyota Scion was in 2005 when i bought my first brand new car a ScionxB my causin took me there cause he knew someone there who had helped him with his purchase of a Camry an when i bought my first brand new car a ScionxB my causin took me there cause he knew someone there who had helped him with his purchase of a Camry and he told me that he might help me also to purchase a new car. The sales rep was Landers, Excellent, Excellent, Excellent...Thats all i can say Landers Hall has been very professional and a great person. He has answered all my questions and concerns and is very attentive. One awesome person, he explained all the paperwork and helped me understand all about my purchase.
