Great customer service we went in on a Saturday just to browse. We were immediately created by Giovanni. He was very polite and professional with us. We explained we liked a BMW there and he showed us the car and potential pricing. They didn't encourage to run credit and didn't pressure us for a sale. We let them know we would be back the next day to finalize paperwork. The finance manager Argenus was very warm and polite as well. He explained the finance options , warranty, and optional accessories on the car. He thanked us for our business several times, and was straight forward with the whole deal.
