Easy to work with and more open than most dealers. I comparison-shopped a lot before I came back to Westcoast. There were a few things that drew me back in: 1) Cesar, the person who showed me the ca I comparison-shopped a lot before I came back to Westcoast. There were a few things that drew me back in: 1) Cesar, the person who showed me the car, was not a "bob the head, agree with everything you say, then switch you out for a manager to hammer you" type of person. All my negotiating was done face-to-face with Cesar, and he didn't bring anyone else out to try to "finish the deal". When I said I wanted to work based on out-the-door price, he didn't try to force me into negotiating based on payments. He was willing to work based on my priorities and terms. He even pointed out spots where the used car did have minor exterior blemishes and suggestions how I could fix them, not how the dealership could charge an exorbitant fee to fix them for me. He printed out quotations for me without me asking, so I could make sure the same deal was on the table when I came back for the final purchase. 2) They were straightforward. They showed me the car auction price they paid (complete with VIN) and buying fees, the costs they paid for transportation, etc. They were willing to negotiate, but their price was already pretty good to begin with after doing several weeks of market-watching and checking other dealerships. They seem to operate by volume, not fat margins, so its in their best interest not to waste their (and therefore your) time... 3) They were quick and to the point. They didn't waste your time by letting you sit and making you feel like you had too much time invested in the process like several large dealerships typically do. I visited 4 dealerships that were carrying essentially the same vehicle before making the decision to go with Westcoast based on price, condition of the car, and ease of transaction. 4) I was wary going into the final meeting to sign the paperwork, as that's where dealerships will often try to slip in small "nickel-and-dime" charges to pad their margin. Cesar and JJ (the finance/paperwork fellow) both let me know there were NO SURPRISES, carefully explained each document before allowing me to sign it, and pointed out on the purchase order how the numbers exactly matched what we had agreed upon and how the out-the-door price matched what I had been quoted. All these points are in direct contrast to my other car-buying experiences. It was a refreshing change of pace...buying a car is a bit stressful no matter what, but with Westcoast it was significantly less so. More

West Coast is 5 Star Dealership with over 240 reviews! I had to check them out. Mind you that being a full time hospitality manager and part time realtor I am very hard to win over. These guys nailed it. Their hospitality, professionalism, and passion to help me drive off in a car that I LOVE was amazing. They were always up front, honest, and best of all PATIENT. No pressure at all. When I first arrived I was greeted on the lot and asked if I was here to meet anyone. I said I was there to meet Vanessa (who responded to my initial email immediately) and was walked over to her. It was obvious from start to finish that Vanessa cares about the job that she does and what she can get done for you. All together it was a great experience. I've had my new BMW for almost 2 weeks now and I still get follow up calls from Vanessa and the team at WCA to make sure that I'm loving my car. She told me to come back to the dealership and took the time to show me how to customize the settings on my car. Great Experience Came in looking at getting a Ford Escape. Geo immediately put us into one that we had already had our eyes on from the website which is the reason we Came in looking at getting a Ford Escape. Geo immediately put us into one that we had already had our eyes on from the website which is the reason we ended up at this dealership. After test driving it and looking it over we decided it was too crammed and was really not what we wanted. Geo then put us into a few more vehicles that we had our eyes on but these also weren't the ones for us. Geo then suggested the Hyundai Sonata since we liked the Kia Optima but they were a little more than what we wanted to spend at the time and the Sonata was more in our price range. We immediately fell in love with the one he picked out for us. Newer with low miles and great factory warranty still left on it. Over all was a great deal. The Sonata was much more roomy and comfortable than the other vehicles we test drove and was overall a very smooth and comfortable car. We proceeded with this car and Joseph was able to get us close to the payment we wanted. Was a little higher than we wanted but not much and that was only because the lender was making them add in a 100k bumper to bumper warranty so that made the little extra worth it. Overall a great experience. Would suggest them to anyone looking for a pleasant buying experience. More

Not only that, I looked up the same charger within 500 miles of that dealership and the closest car I could find to that price had about 4000 more miles and about $2,600 more. If your looking to buy, I strongly suggest you at least consider this dealership. More
