I've bought a few cars from dealers before and have had mixed results, so when it was time to look for my new vehicle I googled only Top Rated dealers I've bought a few cars from dealers before and have had mixed results, so when it was time to look for my new vehicle I googled only Top Rated dealerships, and the rest is history. West Coast is 5 Star Dealership with over 240 reviews! I had to check them out. Mind you that being a full time hospitality manager and part time realtor I am very hard to win over. These guys nailed it. Their hospitality, professionalism, and passion to help me drive off in a car that I LOVE was amazing. They were always up front, honest, and best of all PATIENT. No pressure at all. When I first arrived I was greeted on the lot and asked if I was here to meet anyone. I said I was there to meet Vanessa (who responded to my initial email immediately) and was walked over to her. It was obvious from start to finish that Vanessa cares about the job that she does and what she can get done for you. I never felt rushed and most importantly I felt comfortable during the entire transaction. Big xxxxxxto Albert, the Man in Finance! Thanks for all your hard work buddy! All together it was a great experience. I've had my new BMW for almost 2 weeks now and I still get follow up calls from Vanessa and the team at WCA to make sure that I'm loving my car. Great Price From the moment I walked in the building not only did I feel like I knew half of the staff, but they treated me like I was an NBA player when I'm just From the moment I walked in the building not only did I feel like I knew half of the staff, but they treated me like I was an NBA player when I'm just an average Joe financing a charger. Not only that, I looked up the same charger within 500 miles of that dealership and the closest car I could find to that price had about 4000 more miles and about $2,600 more. If your looking to buy, I strongly suggest you at least consider this dealership. More
