Joel came at and met us and was up front with extra cost of wheels and 3M film. All of the staff are friendly and respectful. Had a pleasant conversation with Ali during the purchasing process. Once we came to an agreement on the sale of the car I was walked right into the finance office and got the paperwork done in an efficient amount of time.
