I asked Albert to hold the car for me..he not only held the car for the period I asked..he held it much longer then i asked as i waited to collect the down payment needed. My experience with Joey and Albert was top notch. They were efficient and polite from day one and I never felt pressured. I thought it was only the people with great credit that were posting the reviews but the I was skeptical at first. They have a ton of great reviews. They heard me out and were upfront and honest with everything. They kept their word on everything they said over the phone.
