It was so much stress and pressure figuring out if getting a car was a good m The day before coming in to see what my options were, I could not sleep. It was so much stress and pressure figuring out if getting a car was a good move. My credit was not the best (fair), and with two children, and a brand new job, it felt like a fantasy to be able to qualify for anything at all. Then I met Cesar. Rapidly I began to realize the case was not what it seemed. He quickly told me the credit range I would qualify for and pulled up a list of cars that would be perfect for my budget. With preferences mentioned, I was on my way to finding the perfect car. He took me to the different options I had and gave me many tips on what to look for (miles, year, modifications...). He is a VERY honest and knowledgeable person, VERY patient, friendly, and professional; he made one feel like family. I asked stupid questions and he gave me logical answers without making me feel stupid. I felt like I could be me; like I had the power to make my own decisions; I never felt pressured and NEVER felt like he just wanted my money. After looking at about 5 cars, I decided to make my decision and it is the best decision I could have made. I met with Argenis (manager) and quickly got hooked up with the perfect car for my budget; I definitely feel like I got more than I paid for. Argenis is honest, quick, friendly, and caring. He gave me the best deal for my money without me having to even mention it; it was a deal I could not resist. I learned a lot from this experience; not all dealerships are what people believe (negative). There are honest people out there who truly care about your well being and Cesar and Argenis are one of them. Thank you SO MUCH for your amazing service. I will definitely be returning and referring people to this dealership. More

a great find i called to see the availability of a car i found online and after learning that it still was, Cesar told me he'd be willing to help if i stopped by t i called to see the availability of a car i found online and after learning that it still was, Cesar told me he'd be willing to help if i stopped by to take a look. i visited the same day and he had it parked ready for me to try. the car looked even better in person--and as someone concerned with aesthetics/not easily impressed, and also not looking to spend too much on a used car--i was very impressed with the car's condition (paint job, cleanliness, virtually untouched convertible roof, pristine seats, great sound system). Its size, color and year were exactly what i was looking for on sports convertible, so it was an easy buy. but first i did go on a test drive and Cesar came with, providing some insight into the car's different features. Argenis made the experience smooth in terms of finalizing the financial details and i was a proud car owner for the first time in my life. i can't imagine driving anything different and i am grateful i found this car and this dealer and the helpful staff who made it all possible.
