With amazing employees to work with like Cesar and Argenis, the process of buying another car from there was stress free and actually fun having the chance to reconnect with them. Faith in dealerships restored After spending two weekends of visiting other dealerships, I found West coast Auto Sales on true car.com. After spending so much time looking elsewhere for a quality vehicle within my budget to no avail, I decided to give them a shot. I was greeted by Jonny. Even though he was already busy helping another couple look at a more expensive vehicle, he was still very courteous and attentive to my family and I. I had a mechanic run an inspection on the vehicle, and it passed with flying colors. Soon we were taking it out for a test drive. I was already sold. The car was beautiful inside and out. I sat down with Rick, the sales manager; and he was able to work with me on a affordable payment plan, and I walked away a very satisfied customer. I never once felt any pressure, and everyone I met was courteous, professional. My wife and I felt at ease the whole time. This dealership sets a high standard that others should follow. Toyota Camry I've always bought new cars and never had to deal with a used car lot. I looked at reviews for west coast auto and saw everyone had nothing but good things to say. I took my wife and kids there and upon parking out at they immediately welcomed us. Jonny was in charge in showing us around and he was very informative and willing to work with us in any way. He found us a car that was in out price range and I did some research for myself and the car was priced fair for the value they were selling it at. Test drive went smooth and the best thing I was in and out of the lot in about hour and a half. Best time ever beats dealing with dealerships that just want to take all your time and leaving with a headache. Not with this dealership! One thing upon signing paperwork just check that te accessories that they added to the car aren't outright high however if you tell them your concerned they are willing to work with you. More

Cesar was very friendly during the entire process and he definitely didn't have that pushy car salesman attitude that you sometimes find at other places. I went in with certain expectations and he met each one. I'm completely satisfied with my purchase and I would definitely go there again. The only thing I would change about my experience is Argenis' handshake. Argenis, if you're reading this, shake it like you mean it. I i found west coast on cargurus.com. I filled in an online inquiry about a vehicle and Antonio Colorado aka Tony phoned me within 1 hr of my request. I told him what I was looking for and he was able to submit my app to the bank and got me approved within 2 days. I had my approval and everything all set to go for about a wk but due to me living about 40 miles away and my work schedule I didn't make it down to pick up my vehicle until a wk later. Everything went great, I want to say thanks to Toni and Albert for a wonderful car buying experience! More
