Then I got a call from Albert to come and get my car. Then I was greeted by Chuck with refreshments, and wonderful conversation. I felt like I could totally trust these men, they were warm, friendly and professional. The environment was very inviting, there was a tv, pool table and sitting area, as I waited for my car to get ready.
