The best car buying experience I've ever had I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at West Coast Auto Sales. From driving on to the lot and being greeted with a friendly hands I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at West Coast Auto Sales. From driving on to the lot and being greeted with a friendly handshake, to asking several times over if my daughter and I needed water or coffee, to having the car ready to go for a test drive a couple minutes after arriving, these guys were awesome! I had the opportunity to work with the General Manager Sam and their internet manager, Argenis. These guys made feel like a friend and were transparent through the whole deal. They even invited me to have lunch with their families in their back kitchen. Who does that for a customer??!! I also had the opportunity to work with two of their product specialists, Cesar and Raji. They were polite, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about the product even though they have to learn about a continuously revolving inventory. Sam and Argenis were competitive on every front with a low interest rate, competitive price on the vehicle and a fair and competitive offer on my trade-in. I’d come back to these guys time and time again and will definitely refer anyone looking for used car to this dealership. I’m loving my new car from West Coast Auto Sales! More

Took my car back for the tint warranty a few weeks later and I had to wait for a few hours and he even insisted to drive me and my friend to eat because I said I was hungry. I am thrilled about the vehicle but let me share with you my experience dealing with Westcoast Auto. I have been searching for a different type of Mercedes Benz. You can see these type of vehicles all day long but every once in a while you will see something exotic rolling down the highway. In life (sales) you have to listen to what the customer is asking and wanting. I have been to Mercedes of Temecula (terrible experience) salesman didn't listen to my request, Mercedes Benz of Oxnard, (the experience worsened treated me like I wasn't even there) never again and even a private seller (not truthful) and then there is Westcoast Auto sales. My first experience was with Cesar, who at the time acknowledged my presence but was terribly busy due to another customer he was assisting. He always checked on me but it just wasn't the same. I told him I would be back, to bring my wife. He always answered my texts, emails and phone calls immediately. When I arrived with my wife, he had the car of my dreams, parked out front, show case style! We went for a test drive and I was sold! He broke the news to me that he had to turn me over to the sales manager, Albert, to complete the deal. We went back an forth with the numbers, due to my trade in and I was not a happy camper at what my vehicle was worth. I had a terrible buying experience back then and said to myself, here we go again! The difference this time, Albert was straight forward and honest. He hid no punches and I appreciate that. After a bite to eat, I called Cesar and said, what is my total cost out the door, I am at the bank getting the Cash$$. We returned to Ailbert's office, completed the paperwork and drove off into the sunset. If you want an honest experience, no hidden agendas. see these guys, they are the best! BMW 650 Raji and Argenis are awesome! We went on Valentine's day to shop around. Surprisingly they had the exact car I wanted! My dream car! The very next day Raji and Argenis are awesome! The process was very smooth. We were approved online and all we had to do was go sign the paperwork. They even waited after closing time for us to get there. This was the smoothest process I've ever experienced when purchasing a car! I normally hate the waiting, defoliating ect. Raji was very friendly, not pushy and aggressive like salesmen I've dealt with in the past. This made me want to go back to the dealer as well. I've shopped around for this car for months. Argenis even took the time to show me how the native room and all the technical gadgets work. I finally found it with low mileage, excellent condition, and an excellent price, I'm happy about my experience and I love my car!!! More

I was an online customer shopping around for a $15k to $20k vehicle, since I had gotten approved through capital one for that limit (depending on the car). I decided to go test drive the car and was greetet by a young salesman that answered all my questions and provided great service. I called back the next day because I was convinced that was the car I wanted. I spoke with Albert, the sales manager, and asked him to help me purchase that vehicle. I had nothing to worry about after that because Albert took care of everything for me, he was even calling so much to get that deal approved that he accidentally called me ! LOL !
