Finally found my Audi! My search for a Audi A6, 3.2 led me to Westcoast Auto. Finding one is hard enough, but to find one in an excellent condition, I almost gave up on. After tackling the hurdle of locating, I had credit challenges, which I expected to require a 30-40% down payment. I got in the car at a very favorable 12% interest rate and only 20% down. It was a two hour drive from my home. Rick (my Sales Rep) was tremendously gracious, upfront and helped facilitate all "lose ends" and had my car ready to go, on the second trip. I''d recommend anyone to go there. More

Hard to please, but i was! tommi I found a car that I was interested in online. When I visited Westcoast auto I was greeted very professionally and introduced to one of the s tommi I found a car that I was interested in online. When I visited Westcoast auto I was greeted very professionally and introduced to one of the salesperson, Rick. Rick was great, he was knowledgeable and very patient with me. I ended up visiting the store about 4 times looking at the car, each time Rick was there to answer all my question. Needless to say, I bought the car, it's great and I am very satisfied. I had my mechanic check the car out and even he was impressed with how clean the vehicle was, and indicated that it was obvious that the service shop had gone over it thoroughly. The battery seemed to be a little sluggish and the service shop at westcoast took a look at it, determined it was borderline and made on decision on the safe side and replaced it. Very good service from the service department also. While there waiting for the car to be completed I spoke with others who are long time customers and they could do nothing but rave about westcoast auto, from there service, to sales, to detail shops. Yes, I would and will recommend Westcoast to all who are shopping for a car. More

I left an email and received a call back from albert the next mornin i found west coast auto online. i was looking for a newer Tahoe to replace my 99. I left an email and received a call back from albert the next morning and from there my west coast experience start Albert a great guy i emailed my app and he work on it for hours. as promised i drove off in my new truck the day after i saw it online.
