Albert assured me that we in fact would have options to choose from. I was overjoyed when I heard that not only could I actually get approved, the payment was less that I expected. Albert was so professional from the very moment we spoke to the moment I drove off the lot. I came to the dealership with my wife and son and he was so kind and thoughtful of my entire family that I have made a decision that there never will be another location or sales rep I will ever work with. He got me the best interest rate at 3.9 while my credit score is a 670 and that is unheard of(trust me, I tried with many banks) but Albert got it done. My sales agent was Albert Aboujawdeh, and let me tell you, this guy is terrific. Easiest car buying process I've ever experienced. I had researched the car online and knew what a great find it was, it was in practically brand new condition, and the price beat ALL the competitors. Warranty still in place for three more years too. My trade in was in bad shape, and at no time was that a problem. He got me a terrific interest rate, much lower than i expected, and really took interest in finding me a good fit. I was in and out of the dealership in 45 minutes, which included all paperwork, test drive, and everything. Westcoast and Albert take great pride in providing the BEST customer service and I would recommend this place to everyone. Overall, this can be a stressful experience, but with Albert and Westcoast, i was in shock of how quick and painless it was. Thanks Albert! More
