My sales agent was Albert Aboujawdeh, and let me tell you, this guy is terrific. Easiest car buying process I've ever experienced. I had researched the car online and knew what a great find it was, it was in practically brand new condition, and the price beat ALL the competitors. Warranty still in place for three more years too. My trade in was in bad shape, and at no time was that a problem. He got me a terrific interest rate, much lower than i expected, and really took interest in finding me a good fit. I was in and out of the dealership in 45 minutes, which included all paperwork, test drive, and everything. Westcoast and Albert take great pride in providing the BEST customer service and I would recommend this place to everyone. Overall, this can be a stressful experience, but with Albert and Westcoast, i was in shock of how quick and painless it was. Thanks Albert! More

Best Car Sales Representative & Dealership I have previously dealt with many dealerships and car salesmen when purchasing vehicles in the past. In my search for my new vehicle (Chrysler 300c) I have previously dealt with many dealerships and car salesmen when purchasing vehicles in the past. In my search for my new vehicle (Chrysler 300c) I came across the website for West Coast Auto in Montclair. I called and was assigned to Albert Aboujaoude. I can honestly say that I have never experienced such professionalism and friendliness from a car sales rep. and dealership in my entire life. I was in the middle of a very hectic week and Albert was very informative and understood my needs with purchasing a new vehicle. He explained everything to me in detail and took me through the finance process. For 2 days his communication and response time was on point. Albert was efficient to the point that I got a cashiers check (for my down payment) from the bank and drove over 2 hours to Montclair to purchase the vehicle sight unseen. That's because I felt comfortable with Albert, his knowledge, expertise and the way he was communicating with me the previous day. Once I arrived at the dealership the entire staff was extremely friendly to my wife and I and the car was exactly as described on their website. Often times pictures look better than the actual vehicle but they delivered exactly what was advertised. Albert went over the paperwork and all my options in detail and answered all of my questions. The process took about 20 minutes and I was in my new 2014 Chrysler 300c. I truly believe that if I had not spoken to Albert and received that level of professionalism and such an amazing deal on the vehicle, I would not have driven 2 hours to purchase a vehicle. Needless to say, it was worth the trip. I highly recommend this dealership and Albery Aboujaoude to anyone looking for their next vehicle. They have top quality cars and I couldn't leave without peeking at their entire inventory. In all honesty this has been the best dealer I've visited where I didn't feel like I was getting screwed.
