A Positive Buying Experience I was looking for a quality pre-owned SUV when I saw a reasonably priced 2011 ML350 in the dealership's website. Dropped by the dealership and Argenis I was looking for a quality pre-owned SUV when I saw a reasonably priced 2011 ML350 in the dealership's website. From the moment I walked into Westcoast Auto Sales and a few hours later when I drove off in my absolutely stunning BMW 750i, Albert made sure my experience was nothing short of spectacular. He was very attentive, made sure his recommendations and advice were consistent with all my specifications and at the end, I left feeling certain that I would recommend all my friends to consider Westcoast first with their future automobile purchase. I would be remiss, if I failed to mention that this is a dealership that is well run with good hearted owners and the warmth you feel with the personnel from customer service to their extremely informed Finance Director is palpable. I did my research, but deciding on purchasing a 15 year old car can be concerning. When I found this dealership and the car I purchased, I knew I had come to the right place. I drove out from Las Vegas and they had the car ready for me to check out. Although I had others on a list to see I could tell I was dealing with an honest group of people and would not have to worry about the vehicle. Only 66,000 miles on a 15 year old Boxster, looks and drives almost like new. Argenis and Vanessa offered only service, no pressure. Thanks, guys. More

Then that was when I met Bill the finance manager .This guy will fight for you to get the best rate possible for financing . He got my payments to be around what I was looking for .While I was waiting in the room every associate that walked in introduced themselves and shook my hand .
