Best Car Buying Experience Yet It's not often that I am so utterly impressed that I take time to write a review on my experience with a car dealership. From the moment I walked into Westcoast Auto Sales and a few hours later when I drove off in my absolutely stunning BMW 750i, Albert made sure my experience was nothing short of spectacular. He was very attentive, made sure his recommendations and advice were consistent with all my specifications and at the end, I left feeling certain that I would recommend all my friends to consider Westcoast first with their future automobile purchase. I would be remiss, if I failed to mention that this is a dealership that is well run with good hearted owners and the warmth you feel with the personnel from customer service to their extremely informed Finance Director is palpable. This place has to be the best place bar none to go shop for the best 'used' cars and their prices are not bad either. Thank you Albert for making this experience spectacular. See you soon! I did my research, but deciding on purchasing a 15 year old car can be concerning. When I found this dealership and the car I purchased, I knew I had come to the right place. I drove out from Las Vegas and they had the car ready for me to check out. Although I had others on a list to see I could tell I was dealing with an honest group of people and would not have to worry about the vehicle. Only 66,000 miles on a 15 year old Boxster, looks and drives almost like new. Argenis and Vanessa offered only service, no pressure. Thanks, guys. More

Then that was when I met Bill the finance manager .This guy will fight for you to get the best rate possible for financing . He got my payments to be around what I was looking for .While I was waiting in the room every associate that walked in introduced themselves and shook my hand . Letting you know they DO care for the customer. So all I have to say is if your in the market of buying a car or truck West Coast Auto Sales is a must see dealership. Everybody go buy a car from Argenis Correa at WESTCOAST!!! I was having a hard time finding a car and the 12 weeks with the rental was financially and mentally draining!!! My shopping experiences were a nightmare to the point I didn't want to go anymore!!! I found Westcoast on the internet and found the exact car I was looking for and at a great price. Unfortunately the gentleman (Albert)i had been talking to was not able to make our meeting, he was also a very nice person and helped me a lot!!! That's when I met Argenis, THANK YOU GOD!!!! HE WAS THE BEST!!! He was so helpful without making me feel pressured or uncomfortable. i actually had a good time. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me and within a hour he was calling me to pick up the keys!!! I couldn't believe it Everything in life should be this easy . I highly recommend Westcoast and Argenis to anybody looking to buy a car. Obviously seller do not disclose anything that can jeopardize the purchase of the car. Disappointed with this purchase but I'll just have to deal with it for now and learn from it somehow. High end car without the high end cost! I was in the market for a European car but I didn't want to pay the full price so I found WestCoast Auto Sales on Yelp. I am so glad I found these outstanding clean facility with great So I walked in intending to get one of those fine sexy BMW's since I had one before, but then I was approached by Rasmi Ihmud. This guy... I tell ya... this guy knew what he was talking about.... Even though I told him I was looking for a BMW he caught me eyeing a 2011 Audi A6 which had a little bit higher price tag then what I wanted. Rasmi assured me that the financing dept would be able to take care of any concerns I had with the issue. Rasmi was clear in his communication and made me feel comfortable talking to him and I trusted him fully. I honestly didn't think I was going to leave with a car that day, but it felt like it was my destiny and Rasmi helped make it clear for me :) I have been to several other dealerships several occasions and always leave not feeling they are the right people to earn my money. WestCoast Auto Sales made my auto purchase a breeze and like Rasmi said, the financing was ultra easy and clear. They made sure I understood everything before I signed. Roxy is the bomb.com! So thankful to have stumbles upon Wescoast last week and purchased my BMW Z4!! It was my first time financing a vehicle and my credit is in not-so-goo So thankful to have stumbles upon Wescoast last week and purchased my BMW Z4!! It was my first time financing a vehicle and my credit is in not-so-good shape. I was in contact with Roxy prior to my visit, and she did all the leg work and informed I was pre-approved the car I had my eye on. Roxy made sure to follow-up and when I came in a week later she was so helpful! I had been at another dealership directly before visiting Westcoast and it was like night and day! Immediately Roxy attended me and was such a pleasure to be with. We test drove the car I wanted, however I realized it was not the right fit for me (I was doubting it). Roxy assured that there were many cars in my range and she took me through the entire selection of cars in my budget and let me know I could test drive whatever car I wanted. Mind you, this entire time, there was not one ounce of pressure. Instead, it was obvious Roxy was looking out for my best interest and truly cared to see me satisfied. She was so patient as I was indecisive initially and I am so thankful for her great customer service!! once I decided on my car - after viewing and driving multiple cars (*side note ALL of the cars at Westcoast are of stellar quality, I mean pristine condition, none of that janky boot-leg stuff*), Sam, the GM, was able to help me with my financing. Sam was nothing short of an Angel, seriously!! In the end he was able to get me an even lower APR than originally approved and an amazing extended warranty. I had such a pleasant experience financing my fist car here. I look forward to future purchases because I will definitely be back and sending all my friends and family.
