Everybody go buy a car from Argenis Correa at WESTCOAST!!! I was having a hard time finding a car and the 12 weeks with the rental was financially and mentally draining!!! HE WAS THE BEST!!! He was so helpful without making me feel pressured or uncomfortable. i actually had a good time. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me and within a hour he was calling me to pick up the keys!!! I couldn't believe it Everything in life should be this easy . I highly recommend Westcoast and Argenis to anybody looking to buy a car. Obviously seller do not disclose anything that can jeopardize the purchase of the car. Disappointed with this purchase but I'll just have to deal with it for now and learn from it somehow. I am so glad I found these outstanding clean facility with great So I walked in intending to get one of those fine sexy BMW's since I had one before, but then I was approached by Rasmi Ihmud. This guy... I tell ya... this guy knew what he was talking about.... Even though I told him I was looking for a BMW he caught me eyeing a 2011 Audi A6 which had a little bit higher price tag then what I wanted. Rasmi assured me that the financing dept would be able to take care of any concerns I had with the issue. Rasmi was clear in his communication and made me feel comfortable talking to him and I trusted him fully. I honestly didn't think I was going to leave with a car that day, but it felt like it was my destiny and Rasmi helped make it clear for me :) I have been to several other dealerships several occasions and always leave not feeling they are the right people to earn my money. I was in contact with Roxy prior to my visit, and she did all the leg work and informed I was pre-approved the car I had my eye on. Roxy made sure to follow-up and when I came in a week later she was so helpful! I had been at another dealership directly before visiting Westcoast and it was like night and day! Immediately Roxy attended me and was such a pleasure to be with. We test drove the car I wanted, however I realized it was not the right fit for me (I was doubting it). Roxy assured that there were many cars in my range and she took me through the entire selection of cars in my budget and let me know I could test drive whatever car I wanted. Mind you, this entire time, there was not one ounce of pressure. Instead, it was obvious Roxy was looking out for my best interest and truly cared to see me satisfied. She was so patient as I was indecisive initially and I am so thankful for her great customer service!! once I decided on my car - after viewing and driving multiple cars (*side note ALL of the cars at Westcoast are of stellar quality, I mean pristine condition, none of that janky boot-leg stuff*), Sam, the GM, was able to help me with my financing. Sam was nothing short of an Angel, seriously!! In the end he was able to get me an even lower APR than originally approved and an amazing extended warranty. I received excellent sales service from Albert Aboujaoude On March 25, I happily purchased a beautiful Chawton White 2007 Land Rover Range Rover (RR) Supercharged mounted on Matte Black 22 inch rims from Mr. On March 25, I happily purchased a beautiful Chawton White 2007 Land Rover Range Rover (RR) Supercharged mounted on Matte Black 22 inch rims from Mr. Albert Aboujaoude at WestCoast Auto Sales (WCAS) in Montclair, California. I had been searching the greater Los Angeles area for a special birthday gift for my wife and had been to several other dealerships with RRs in stock. The vehicle I chose to purchase from Albert was in excellent condition and looked better than all others I had previously seen. Prior to my decision to commit to traveling to WCAS (which took me about an hour and a half from northern LA County) I called and asked to speak with WCAS's Sales and Finance Manger (Albert) about the RR which was advertised on the internet. I stated that I was only interested in a RR that was in very, very good aesthetic condition. First, Albert thanked me for calling WCAS, second he thanked me for selecting him to speak with about the vehicle. I told Albert that I was a serious buyer and that my expectations for vehicle fit and finish quality were very high. I added that I would not even step into the vehicle unless the paint was in excellent shape, there were no dents, dings or scratches on the exterior and interior, and the vehicle was clean. Albert again thanked me for my interest in WCAS and proceeded to tell me about the dealership's commitment to offering only vehicles of the highest quality. On a ten point scale, Albert stated that the RR was (in his opinion) a 9.5, because only new vehicles may be qualified as a true 10. Satisfied that I would not be disappointed with the three-hour round trip drive to see the RR, I told Albert that I would see him that afternoon. When I arrived, I found the dealer's lot to be full of previously-owned, high quality luxury sport vehicles. I found Albert and introduced myself where upon he graciously asked that I follow him to the freshly detailed RR sitting by itself in a rear corner of the lot. My inspection of the vehicle's exterior and interior agreed with Albert's 9.5 quality and cleanliness rating. With that, I told Albert that we were off to a very good start and that I would like to test drive the RR. We went for a short drive and I found the vehicle in excellent mechanical condition. When we returned to the dealership Albert and I sat in his office and completed the purchase transaction. Albert's commitment to customer service (as well as every other WCAS staff member that I was offered to meet that day) was truly exceptional. The deal was made quickly and comfortably and I consider myself fortunate to have found WCAS and Albert. He is more than just the salesman for my vehicle; he is my friend and we continue to keep in touch. I highly recommend WCAS and Albert to anyone looking for an outstanding car and purchase experience. More

Since it would take us close to an hour to drive to the dealer we called to find out if the car was still available. Argenis told us that the car was still there and informed us of the slight price increase due to their adding tinting to the window. We said we would be there in an hour. When we arrived we were greeted by one of the staff who told us Argenis was busy, but they were expecting us. She took us to the car so we could look at it. In a few minutes Argenis joined us to answer our questions and take us on a test drive. The car was clean and was what I was looking for. We did the deal! There was no real pressure and the negotiations went smooth. We purchased the car. They even gave us a full tank of gas. More
