I have been to many dealerships in my lifetime and have waited many of hours for approval of a loan and sometimes waited the same length of time to be not approved. The problem with the dealerships which I have encountered, is that they swarm you like flies and tell you want you want to hear, which is a sugar coat sale. My experience with West Coast Auto in Montclair, Ca has been the most pleasurable experience in purchasing a vehicle. The staff is so friendly and will work with you, as they did with me, even after a short sale on my credit report. I arrived at the dealership and in one hour and fifteen minutes I had my keys in hand. Try to top that for customer service. I will deal with no other than this dealership EVER! More

I had been in the market for a Mini Cooper for quite some time (about a year). It was going to be a second car purchase so the deal had to be perfect and fit my budget exactly. I saw the Mini on Car Gurus time (about a year). It was going to be a second car purchase so the deal had to be perfect and fit my budget exactly. I saw the Mini on Car Gurus and contacted the Westcoast. I spoke with Argenis, laid out the specifics of exactly what I had to have (payment max, not great credit, extended warranty, low down payment, etc.) He said there should be no problem and would get back to me - honestly, I thought there was no way this deal would work. Well, he called me back, the payment was lower than I had anticipated, the down payment I wanted and I had the extended warranty! Unfortunately, the car was located in Montclair - about an hour and half from me. I was not going to be able to get there for two days - he suggested that I put the down payment down to hold the vehicle so it would not be sold over the weekend (if i didn't like the car, of course he would refund the amount on Sunday). I have to admit, I was skeptical - sending money to a complete stranger. I checked all references, etc. and they seemed legit - I sent the money and showed up two days later. The car was ready and on the lot (which I might add, is loaded with amazing, beautiful top of the line cars). Argenis was absolutely lovely and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The process was painless and I am now driving the car I had searched for! Thank you Argenis and Westcoast! I am sure I will see you again! More

The quality and attention that this business puts into its facilities (brand) is amazing to say the least! There are two huge maintenance garages that each focuses on specialized services (i.e. pre and post sale of vehicle). We had been searching for the PERFECT Mini Cooper for over a month before we came upon one of the ads for WestCoast Auto on the cargurus website. We needed a very particular price to market value ratio to fit our budget and had a pretty lengthy list of "wants" for the overall aesthetic of the car on top of that, so we had grown accustomed to getting CLOSE to what we wanted! The WestCoast Auto website was clear and easily navigable and (to our relief) we saw the Mini for which we had been searching right there! From the moment we walked in the door, we could tell that the environment in this dealership was welcoming and friendly. The entire team greeted us when we came in and offered to grab our sales associate right away (even though I couldn't remember with whom I had spoken)! Because Arnold was already helping a guest, Argenis offered to work with us to prevent a wait. We wasted no time getting behind the wheel and Argenis rode along, articulately answering each of my questions regarding financing, trade-in equity, the Mini as a used vehicle, and our options regarding protection packages, and loan terms. From start to finish this car buying experience was wholly satisfactory. We ended up driving off in a car that we love and with enough clear and understandable information to know that we are making a sound financial and personal decision! it felt good knowing that we were trading our Charger to a dealership that held high quality standards to EVERY vehicle on the lot and if feel even better knowing that our new Mini stood up to the stringent screening process :) We would definitely recommend WestCoast Auto Dealership to anyone looking to own a quality luxury vehicle at a great price.
