( treated with respect ) 2- My related question asked over phone- response: Ceaser “I DONT KNOW, HOWEVER PLEASE ALLOW ME’ TO CALL BACK IN 5 MINUETS WITH ANSWER” 2- 5 minuets Ceaser calls back “ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS” (earnest) 3- I pull up and GREETED by Ceaser, obviously the level of URGENCY is expected, however Urgency pressuring the DEAL OBJECTIVES, Were not felt when Ceaser exstended test drive, we spoke about our Sons, Ceasers SON 11, explained how his SON was a MIRCLE FOR HIM AND WIFE, here’s the bottom line, we all have experiences on a daily bases, Ceaser in addition to Argenis (the professional whom made financing easy, no sweat understanding life provided me with not great credit, Argenis made it his MISSION TO HELP ME’ additionaly ADVISED me THAT 25% is today’s rate, however here what you have to do “NOW” for the next 6 to 9 months to “IMPROVE YOUR CREDIT SO THEREFORE YOUR APR WILL BE REDUCED DRAMATICALLY, THEREFORE, HUGE MONTH PAYMENT REDUCTION, OK HERE IS MY DETAILED HOWEVER EARNED REVIEW, GREAT GREAT JOB CEASER & ARGENIS THANK YOU FOR THE KINDNESS! Getting it right! Luis Took care of me on two separate days without rushing me at all. All he cared about was making me happy! Fast & efficient I called west coast auto inquiring about a Dodge Challenger. Memphis answered my call and got on it immediately. 20 mins later he told me what my cr I called west coast auto inquiring about a Dodge Challenger. Memphis answered my call and got on it immediately. 20 mins later he told me what my credit score was and what my down payment would be. The car I wanted was out of my price finance range. I was really bummed and got off the phone. Moments later he sent me a text saying that he was going to look through stock and see if there was something cool that would work. Not long after that he sent me info and great pics on a Chevy Camero. It wasn’t what I wanted but it looked great and was a great deal. I went down there, test drove it and went through financing in less than an hour. Memphis was a straight shooter and didn’t pressure me at all. To date the best auto buying experience I have ever been through. I reccomend this dealership, they have a great selection of cars and absolutely reccomend Memphis as a salesman. 10 outta 10. It’s a week later now and I have no remourse and love my car. When I’m ready to buy again I will using Memphis at West Coast Auto More
