He was patient, never trying to pressure us. We finally decided on a Lexus 350 RC. We then went to finance to complete the paperwork, Albert was so friendly and helpful with all the information that we needed. He took time to explain everything that we were signing. He answered all questions. Above & beyond . While we were doing paperwork, Luis was cleaning out my vehicle. That was beyond helpful. Before we left the owner made it a point to come out & make sure we were happy & congratulate us on our beautiful new car. We didn’t have time that night to go through all the instructions on the car, Luis invited me back at my convenience to spend as much time as needed to go through everything, so I would be comfortable driving my new car. This dealership is more than a 5 star to us. Everyone we dealt with treated us like family. We feel that not only did we leave with a beautiful car, but with a new set of friends . I have to say the customer service and the professionalism is by far the best I've ever seen not to mention their inventory,clean showroom and friendly employees. A car buying experience should be special and they live up to making it special with no games, pressure or hours of haggling back and forth this is what a car dealership should be ran like.
