Redefined the car buying experience I have purchased a few vehicles (from large dealers and small) but I have never had such a positive experience as dealing with Rami and Albert at West I have purchased a few vehicles (from large dealers and small) but I have never had such a positive experience as dealing with Rami and Albert at West Coast Auto. I found the car I wanted on AutoTrader and clicked the "contact dealer" button. A very short time later, Rami had already reached out to chat about it. No hard sales, no pressure, no runaround. After that we decided to fill out the incredibly easy pre-approval paperwork. The next morning, Albert calls and asks when we'd like to set up an appointment to pick up our dream car! Talk about easy. When we came in we were given the red carpet treatment. We test drove, Rami answered all our questions about the car, and Albert went above and beyond explaining everything about our loan. We were in and out in less than an hour with our new ride! I had a couple small questions come up after we had left, and Albert answered my call and was happy to help once more. Cannot say enough great things about them.
