The reviews were excellent so I chose to give him a shot and I see why they are the best I scheduled an appointment with Louis Calle and Albert Ajoude. I have to say the customer service and the professionalism is by far the best I've ever seen not to mention their inventory,clean showroom and friendly employees. A car buying experience should be special and they live up to making it special with no games, pressure or hours of haggling back and forth this is what a car dealership should be ran like. I ended up purchasing a Jeep Moab and I'm thrilled to own this vehicle at is my dream car thank you west coast thank you Luis and Albert you guys are the best!!! More

Unethical, underhanded, dishonest! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM WCA! Shop somewhere else besides this unscrupulous business. I went to West Coast Auto on Feb. 3rd to see a 2016 Toyota Taco DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM WCA! Shop somewhere else besides this unscrupulous business. I went to West Coast Auto on Feb. 3rd to see a 2016 Toyota Tacoma that I had seen online. The initial reception by Joe Cozart was friendly and I looked the truck over and took it for a test drive. I decided I liked the truck and wanted to make an offer, this is where things started to go downhill. I talked with Argenis Correa the finance manager. I told him I’d like $2,000 for my trade-in and $250 off the price of the vehicle. This would bring the amount I would need to finance to $22,000. Argenis told me that his prices were ‘Non-negotiable”. I sat with Joe and gave him the specifics of my trade-in into the Kelley Blue Book calculator and it came out at $1,780 for my trade-in. When Argenis came back with the paperwork he listed my vehicle at $1,500. This was unacceptable and I said “No” deal. He offered to give me the $1,780 for my vehicle like it was a favor. I decided to buy the vehicle. Here are my issues with West Coast Auto. 1) Why is the price of my vehicle ‘negotiable’ and the price of their vehicles are not? 2) I asked if the oil had been changed recently and was told “I think so, but you should have it changed just to be safe”. When I checked the oil it was black and the Carfax stated the last time the car was serviced was at 20,000 miles, it now had 25,000. Very unprofessional being uninformed and lying to me. 3) When the deal was done and I was getting the key, there was only one key. They said they did not have another. I called Toyota and it cost me $330 to have a spare key made. This is straight up dirty pool! 4) When I actually got into the vehicle there was only half a tank of gas. Seriously? I just paid $25,000 plus financing and you can’t even fill the vehicle up? Straight up Mickey Mouse dealership! 5) The price I saw for the vehicle online was $24,000. When I was in the finance mangers office, Argenis had the price listed as $25,000. I asked why there was a $1,000 difference. Apparently, they installed an “Anti-Theft Device” which is the reason for the extra $1,000. This is straight up wrong, dirty and deceiving! Supposedly there is a disclaimer online. 6) If you do decide to buy a vehicle here be sure you ask about every single detail and follow up with your own inspection. My fault for not asking and inspecting what I expected…but I did initially think they were a professional dealership, I was completely wrong! More

Unfortunately I didn’t end up buying as my lease holder negotiated a great buy out, but i was about 10 seconds away from going with Joseph.
