Dealer made offer to sell for a sum certain online via True Car. We communicated several times via email. We verified vehicle was in stock and ready to pick up. We drove 5 hours and accepted the offer, but Western Ave suddenly piled on almost $3K in additional fees... and then said the car wasn't even on the lot (after we were told it was there, in stock, and ready for us). The salesman admitted "we always lowball" offers, just to get potential buyers to come in to the dealership, where the dirty work is done. We wasted an entire day and 10+ hours on the road, only to realize the extent of their dishonesty upon arrival. I've been been buying vehicles since the 1980s and this is the least reputable, least honest dealer I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. Needless to say, we walked out and will never return. We're telling all our friends far and wide about our insanely poor experience with Western Ave Nissan. If I could give them less than 1 star, it'd STILL be more than they deserve. If dishonesty, misrepresentation, and "bait and switch" is what you're after, they're a perfect dealer for you! More

Eric the salesman was great excellent but the car I came for was not the same car that you all showed. The window was busted out and it’s a tow out and that’s not stated on the picture! I made an appointment to test drive one of their used vehicles, and was informed that the car was available. After driving almost 2 hours to get here through traffic, I was informed in person that the ca vehicles, and was informed that the car was available. I was never informed ahead of time though this appointment was booked for THIS SPECIFIC VEHICLE. Very unprofessional, yet their motto is not to waste your time. More
