Upon delivery, the salesman spent well over an hour showing me how to access the car's advanced features. He even set up my phone and apps for me. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. Welcome to the Family! We were tired of the "Car Farms" in the valley. You know, the ones with leaser or rental buy backs or auctioned off cars that smell like a bad air fre We were tired of the "Car Farms" in the valley. You know, the ones with leaser or rental buy backs or auctioned off cars that smell like a bad air freshener? So we tested the waters at Western Slope Ford and walked away with a brand new Escape. Was greeted by Scott Stockemer and he showed used a few new and used options and the rest was just paper work. He even took us over to the service department and introduced us to Jordan Hume. It was like, "Welcome to our Family!" More

Shysters, liars and cheats. Took a Ford we'd just bought in to have to it looked over. Asked them to check the rear brakes and the air conditioning system. Were told we needed a Took a Ford we'd just bought in to have to it looked over. Asked them to check the rear brakes and the air conditioning system. Were told we needed an air compressor, a complete rear end, including axel and differential, and were told we needed brake pads, calipers and rotors. Got quoted $4,700 and got told it was too bad we hadn't purchased an extended warranty. We picked the car up and took it to a private mechanic, who literally threw it on his lift and walked us through the entire underside of the car. The brakes appeared to be almost brand new; the rotors were in great shape, as were the calipers. The rear differential had not been cracked open. There were no drips and no evidence that this shyster operation had ever put this car on a lift. - And the air compressor? It had never been looked at. It hadn't failed; it had thrown its clutch. The service department took our requested "look at" parts and simply made up whatever is most commonly wrong - and then just pulled a number out of their butts. So, What DID the car need? - Rear shocks (never looked at) and a clutch for the air compressor. About $450 installed. Do yourself a favor - STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP-OFF JOINT. More

The team truly listens to the needs of the customer, and most importantly, they are courteous and respectful! Several times I actually found myself talking them into meeting my needs in contrast to them selling me on options I didn't need! I have bought quite a few vehicles over the years, and I get anxious at just the thought of walking around a dealership! This is a TOTALLY DIFFERENT approach to car buying, you have to experience it for yourself, and I am happy to know that these folks will be taking care of me and my truck for years to come! More
