I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my vehicle inspection last week. My technician, Richard Vanderhood, originally failed my vehicle, claiming that I needed brand-new front brakes. I w my vehicle inspection last week. I was highly skeptical because I had just gotten new brakes done at this exact dealership two weeks prior. When I brought this up to the supervisor, he checked the system and confirmed I was right. Another technician was asked to verify, and he also confirmed that my brakes were perfectly fine and brand new. Only after being called out did Richard take my car back and finally pass the inspection. I have been a loyal customer of Westgate Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM for over 5 years, but this experience has severely shaken my trust. It is incredibly concerning that a technician would either completely skip a physical inspection or falsely claim work needs to be done. While I appreciate the supervisor correcting the issue, I am now very uneasy about the honesty and integrity of any future services at this location. More
They fixed the van. They did a good job. It was a little expensive, but I didn’t think it was unreasonable the service manager or the person I dealt with was very nice v They did a good job. My only problem was it took them a long time to get to my van it’s a big van so they only have one lift available and they could not tell me when it would be available so we just had to wait in line and my van was out of service for a week that made a very hard on us. I am not thrilled about Westgate Jeep. They built a beautiful Jeep dealership, but now unless you have a trouble light, you are sent to an outbuilding for the normal service. It felt like that you were in a family garage center to have the oil change, tires rotated and state inspection done. I will say that the customer service is great and have enjoyed working with the team over the last 6 years. I am disappointed in how this dealership continues to dismisses the customer experience. I am not sure if anyone reads the reviews and feedback, but I continue to fill them out. This dealership will continue to loose customers if they do not realize that they need to get the next purchase when it is time to get a new car. I rather go up the road to Fred Anderson Toyota where they continue to appreciate that the customer experience matters. Thanks ... More

I purchased a used car from this dealership that was located four hours away. When I requested pictures of any imperfections beforehand, none were provided, so I made the long drive expecting the vehicl located four hours away. The exterior looked presentable, but the interior had not been detailed. I asked multiple times for the interior to be cleaned, but no effort was made to address this. While the sales representative was professional and great to work with, the dealership’s lack of transparency about the vehicle’s actual condition and their failure to follow through on cleaning requests were disappointing. My truck went in w a problem and came out with the same problem. I was told multiple times that the truck would be ready and it wasn't. Picked up truck and it was shaking.
