Bought (cash) 2015 jeep cherokee on January 8th 2022 and didn't get my 2nd key to the vehicle.. they said someone in the service dept had it and would send it asap... we still don't have it and they don't e didn't get my 2nd key to the vehicle.. they said someone in the service dept had it and would send it asap... we still don't have it and they don't even have the decency to call me about it. I have had to call them every time and half the time no answer. The front wiper fluid doesn't come out , the jeep wasn't cleaned before we took it home, the front tires are worn and it needs a alignment..But most of all I want my extra key! We live a hour away and now will have to drive back to get a key made with tolls both ways and the price of gas! Very unprofessional! More

Was told work had been done on my Jeep, it had not even though they charged me. Was told they would get me in first thing in the morning to fix it, got there and they said that was no longer the case. Thes though they charged me. They sold me a car with a broken sunroof and did not disclose it. Did not test on day of purchase cause car was 2018 with 50k and just did not think about it. Managed to schedule an appt without a problem - however when I called back to confirm windshield replacement and a loaner car, I couldn’t get a hold of them for 3 days. I was on hold for over 30 minutes a when I called back to confirm windshield replacement and a loaner car, I couldn’t get a hold of them for 3 days. I was on hold for over 30 minutes all 3 times and then left a vm which was never returned. The 4th day I finally reached s woman who was very rude, would not share the service managers name or number with me and told me he would return my call in 10 minutes. I’m still waiting…AND THAT WAS YESTERDAY! Needless to say I will NOT be bringing my Jeep here for service! More
Salesman was nice, but not knowlegeable about the car. Car was very dirty on the outside, but clean on the inside. Needed brake rotors. They offered a fair amount for my trade. Great place to buy a car. But worst place EVER for maintenance. Don’t go there. You will save yourself a lot of time and frustrations. There was a nice 2010 Prius that I drove up twice for that was at 79000 miles. The first time the Prius was not delivered to them yet and they new that when I call to see it. They contacted me via email and I set up an appointment that I was late for. They showed me the car I desired. It had bumpers removed so I was unable to drive it. My sale man said he would let know when I could come back. I sent a text to check on 🚗 and the next day I was informed by email that it was no longer available. I want to buy the car. More

Even tho we didn't get the car it was only because I found one with half the miles elsewhere. It was no reflection on her at all. In fact, afterwards we decided it would make a great second car, but someone else snatched it up before we could make it back. I would definitely ask for Aneta again if we decide to look for another of the same make & model. She is a dream to work with!! More
