Terrible service. Sales lied to me about the comprehensive warranty plan I purchased. Told it was a bubble wrap plan that covered everything. Was emphatic that it even included chips in paint. I showed the service manager Jason where the paint on the tailgate was peeling from the aluminum. He told me I hit the tailgate with something and that’s why it was peeling. I then checked JEEP online. The website clearly indicated that JEEP has had a problem with the 2025 gladiators with paint peeling. And it almost all cases they approve a fix. Seems to me that Jason was too lazy to fill out the paperwork to JEEP and get that fixed. Personally, I don’t know if I’ll ever do business with your company again. Even though if you check, I’ve purchased two jeeps in the last couple of years from you. You’re an hour and a half away from my home, but I thought you were the better dealership clearly you’re not. Tyrese was very on top of his work. I would love for him to work with myself again if I ever come back. But other then that when I came the first time to pick up my vehicle my truck AC I would love for him to work with myself again if I ever come back. But other then that when I came the first time to pick up my vehicle my truck AC was still not working so I had to leave it there until they added some more work on it. Oil change and tire rotation was quick. Unfortunately the service was sloppy. the oil started dripping after I parked it at home and made a mess ... nearly ran out of oil! I took it to an i Unfortunately the service was sloppy. the oil started dripping after I parked it at home and made a mess ... nearly ran out of oil! I took it to an independent car repair place to diagnose the issue, where they did some troubleshooting, discovered the oil gasket was defective / not properly closed (had to pay to get the entire bottom of the car chassis(?) that was dripping in oil... and this simple oil change at Westgate. While there they checked on the brake pads as well, showed me the wear on them, and I got all 4 replaced. (no mention of it from you guys!!!) what happened to your service levels??? I'm extremely disappointed and have lost trust in your service department. The work is sloppy, unreliable, and poor quality control of parts or service! Where did customer care disappear? ?? More
