I’ve called several times wanting to talk to a manager about how the transmission in the truck I bought 15 days before has been slipping and almost caused a SERIOUS accident. Nobody has called me back aside from a service employee who told me on the phone they didn’t know why they were calling me and not sales being that I bought it two weeks ago.. this is a super unprofessional dealership.. they blew my phone up about a potential sale but go radio silent amongst issues and don’t stand by the vehicles they sell. -My mileage was checked in at the wrong amount -The technician adjusted my seat so thst he could fit in but didn't attempt to put readjust it back to anything close to how it was when he got in. I had spoken with Kerolos about a vehicle I looked at online and he verified that y'all still had it available. We set up a time that I could come look at it and test drive. When I arrived I was greeted online and he verified that y'all still had it available. We set up a time that I could come look at it and test drive. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by the staff and proceeded to go through the process. I was very pleased with the vehicle and Kerolos helped me with the paperwork and helped me with my trade in. I was happy with the price I received for my trade. We got everything together and filled out and then I went to Dan in finance and signed all the paperwork. Both guys were great, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Overall I am very happy with the service I received. More
