Oil change and tire rotation was quick. Unfortunately the service was sloppy. the oil started dripping after I parked it at home and made a mess ... nearly ran out of oil! I took it to an independent car repair place to diagnose the issue, where they did some troubleshooting, discovered the oil gasket was defective / not properly closed (had to pay to get the entire bottom of the car chassis(?) that was dripping in oil... and this simple oil change at Westgate. While there they checked on the brake pads as well, showed me the wear on them, and I got all 4 replaced. (no mention of it from you guys!!!) what happened to your service levels??? I'm extremely disappointed and have lost trust in your service department. The work is sloppy, unreliable, and poor quality control of parts or service! Where did customer care disappear? ?? More

Jason was the best service advisor I have had in the 10 years I have been bringing my jeep to this dealership. He got me in quick when I had multiple leaks, service was quick, communication was excellent! years I have been bringing my jeep to this dealership. He got me in quick when I had multiple leaks, service was quick, communication was excellent! Had a great mechanic (Lee?) who diagnosed my jeep and recommended the necessary services that needed to take priority. I definitely felt like I was in good hands. Would prefer to only work with Jason from here on out! More
