Westgate Jeep was very professional, my only concern was the 799 for tint, and they need to explain to customer that the tint can only be 35% state regulation for dealership. I scheduled an appointment via telephone for an oil change + tire rotation/ scheduled maintenance AND jeep recall... I arrived on that day and my name was no where to be found, so the only service that change + tire rotation/ scheduled maintenance AND jeep recall... I arrived on that day and my name was no where to be found, so the only service that could be done was the oil change + tire rotation & then the recall couldn't be scheduled out until the end of August? The jeep service person told me that the recall would be an all day affair. So I went to scheduled the recall service with another dealership across town for 2 days out-got in & the recall was only an inspection./ I guess it was fine and it took 15 min. The service rep there told me; when I arrived that it would only take 15 min, not all day. Another concern of mine was/is.. this was my FIRST time at this dealership (recently moved to Raleigh) and I left my keys with the jeep dealership person... when my car was done, I went back to the jeep dealership section and was told it was at the quick in & our/ express thing (which is fine) but that should've been communicated before handing my keys off and picking it up at another building... I don't care if it's the same place, this is helpful information a customer should know. So I think the frustration is 1) my appointment not being found 2) this recall that took a few minutes. I will say, I did like the complimentary car wash. I'd still recommend, but I won't be returning to get my car serviced. More
