Hi, I’m sharing this because it’s clear my feedback hasn’t been taken seriously. This afternoon I had the pleasure of overhearing one of your managers, Garrett, openly complaining about me for having an issue with my experience. He stated he “refused to work with me” and that he had “about had it,” among other comments. He also took issue with me cursing, which I found strange as when he believes he’s not speaking to a customer, he does quite a bit of that himself, openly, in the office with others present. If I had a customer who was frustrated after being repeatedly misinformed, I’d probably start with understanding rather than irritation. Especially when that customer just purchased a vehicle from your dealership. But that’s just me. For the record, I tried multiple times to tell him he was still on the line and had not transferred me as requested. He didn’t hear me. I do have the call recorded if anyone at the dealership would like to review it. And for anyone considering buying a vehicle here: I haven’t even been able to schedule the service I need yet. From the moment I called to ask whether a vehicle was available up through today, I’ve been repeatedly misinformed. None of this reflects on Jeff, he was great to work with. Unfortunately, the rest of the departments have made this experience far more difficult than it needed to be.

I have been trying. Currently in 10 minutes of call waiting. There was an employee that just picked up and talked with me but they were highly confused as to why they were talking to me and I'm back in call waiting. At this point, is it Executive Management or Legal & Business Development? I purchased a new vehicle that shows a top speed of 109 mph before delivery, was given incorrect information multiple times, was delivered with missing trim and scratches, and I have a recorded call of a manager speaking unprofessionally about me. I need this escalated above the dealership level.
