I purchased a vehicle on 6/12/2022, the very next day the check engine light comes on so I contacted them. They told me to go to a dealership closer to me to get repairs done. Well I did but repairs cannot g check engine light comes on so I contacted them. They told me to go to a dealership closer to me to get repairs done. Well I did but repairs cannot get done unless Westgate Raleigh authorizes the repairs. I have called and sent messages several times with no luck. Burgaw has called and also no luck with getting authorization. They are quick to sell you a car but cannot have the same speed to fix a vehicle they sold with mechanical issues. More
I bought a brand new Jeep renegade there almost 6 years ago. at first it was great, they found me the car I wanted, they got it for me, they helped me finance it, everything was cool. Then I made the mistake of paying it off over a year early. Try getting the extra money I paid for the GAP insurance. I spent January questioning it, received notice saying it would take 30 days. The first of March, I asked again... the check is on its way. The first of April I asked again -- no response at all this time. They owe me several hundred dollars and I want it but I'm not going to get it and I've accepted the fact. This is a lousy place to do business and I will never do it again. Save yourself time and aggravation, don't deal with them. Something as simple as the "lifetime" roadside assistance plan expired last year. I didn't realize my lifetime had ended. Their so called "lifetime" free oil changes turned out to be totally worthless. You make an appointment they say "you don't need an appointment just bring it in" you take it in "do you have an appointment?" Wasn't worth the stress so I ended up taking it somewhere else. I'd rather pay for it than deal with those idiots. And heaven forbid you don't drink coffee you better bring something of your own if you want it. Listen to the reviews run far run fast. More
