Properly diagnosed an issue. However, was way too pushy on me to trade up and buy a new vehicle. Did not appreciate that after being handed a large quote for repair. As usual, staff friendly but of course, they want you to buy. I asked salesman if they sold tires and he said yes. I asked 3 times but never got a price. We asked salesman for his card, he said he would text us the next morning but that didn’t happen. You would think salesman would check to see if car was ok after leaving with engine light on but that didn’t happen. Jeep only had one key but they agreed to send someone to us to make second key, never heard from them, we called and still haven’t got a follow-up on key. Worse deal I have made and I blame myself, didn’t feel good during the sale. Traded the jeep two weeks later. Lesson learned. More
