Disappointed to say the least. “Just a coincidence” seems to be their motto. I took my 2011 Jeep Wrangler in for service (steering concern) and the 100k miles tune up. They were unable to diagnose the steering issue and didn’t charge me for it. However, when I pulled out of the lot, my engine light was on - never been on before. Their response was “it must be a coincidence and that they didn’t do anything that should’ve caused the engine light to come on.” After a little while they diagnosed the issue as missing the connectors on the spark plug wires - they said they were missing and would need to replace them. I never had a firing issue before, but they said it was nothing they did. They replaced the wires, charged me for the parts, but not labor. After pulling away, my wife following me noticed my right brake light was blinking. I turned around and went back. The service reps response was “just a coincidence and they did nothing that would’ve caused the brake light to blink - likely a bad bulb.” Probably reasonable, but after spending $2200 on services, I thought the very least the service rep could do was get off his still and look at the brake light. Apparently, that was too much. 3 full days in the shop, $2200 in charges - mostly labor, and I still have issues. More
