Monthly oil change and additional service Had my normal oil change and tire rotation, previous service indicated my front brakes were close and in need of replacement. They checked the brakes and found that they were still good and did not need to be replaced at this time. They did go over the vehicle and found that a tie rod was showing significant wear and needed to be replaced. Replaced and performed alignment and now all is good. Like the fact that they don't just replace things because you asked, and that they look over the car to make sure no other issues are present. More

I know it's the job of the agents and analysts to render excellent customer service, but I felt like they tried to accommodate me without using flattering and dishonest techniques, to influence my decision.
