Bought a 2015 ford edge from this dealership. At 95,000 miles the engines is going out. I got a forever warranty that somehow expired at 82,00 miles. Fist they have changed the name from Westland Ford to Young Ford. Their internet was down for three hours on July 16 and during this time you couldn't reach the parts department. After finally getting somoni in the service department to answer and verify the part I drove the 30 minutes to the dealer, With the internet being down they wouldn't sell me the part. Either by cash or writing down the credit card number. Zero on support and zero on willing to work with you to solve a problem. I wouldn't do business with Young Ford if I had any other option. They kept saying that Ford gave it to them. But when I asked for proof of Ford providing that data they could not do it and refused to show me how they obtained it. This happened after I posted my vehicle for sale on a well known online classified website here. So when I asked if that's how they obtained it they would always change the subject and not answer me if that is how they obtained my information. I do not trust this company in the least bit! More
