I purchased my Kia at Ron Tonkin Kia. They are horrible from asking me if I was ready to sign my paperwork on the 2 cars I was looking at without even getting to test drive them to hiding things in my pape from asking me if I was ready to sign my paperwork on the 2 cars I was looking at without even getting to test drive them to hiding things in my paperwork that I found when I read over it before signing it. I made them take most of the extra stuff out and the man was irritated and talked rudely to me. I also paid for 12 oil changes and they ripped me off saying my time had expired for some of them that hadn't been used yet. I took my car to the shop there several times because my car would not accelerate properly and shook. They told me that was how a soul was. Gutless.I will NEVER EVER go back to Ron Tonkin. I went into Weston Kia because my check engine light was on. They got me in right then and FIXED the issue. They were amazing and I thank them very much for their help!!! They have my business from now on. More
